Description
Dear Atlassian support staff,
recently, we started to evaluate FishEye/Crucible OnDemand as an addition to our existing Jira OnDemand subscription. Due to your end-of-service announcement, we had to cancel that evaluation, which Audra Eng from Atlassian helped us with.
Now when we add a new user, it seems the system is trying to add him to FishEye/Crucible application too (seems to be default application access setting), resulting in the following error email:
There was an error granting default application access to the new user 'tester'
We were unable to grant the user access to the following application(s):
- FishEye/Crucible
To edit application access settings, visit https://en-come.atlassian.net/secure/admin/user/ApplicationAccessConfig!default.jspa.
