Bug with Versions Date Format

When I try to add versions to a new/existing project, I receive the error that the date format (even when I use your calendar/picker) is incorrect and should be: d/MMM/yy which is an invalid format, so I can't add versoins to my projects until this is corrected. I have attached a screenshot.
