Remember me is not working when you click on the issue link from the notification emails

      AOD 169 and 170 with Indra login

      Per summary, steps to reproduce:

      1. Login in FF and make sure the Remember me checkbox is checked.
      2. Close down FF
      3. Click a link to an issue from a notification mail
      4. You are redirected to the login screen.
