Resolution: Obsolete
Currently when a product exceed users limit, the administrator of the environment doesn't get any notification about it. He will only be knowing if checking the application access page (or when he get stuck of doing something because of the exceeded users).
As an administrator, would be nice to see a notice on the top of admin's dashboard (or something) and receive an email telling to remove users (because of the product which exceeded users limit) or to contact sales to add more user licenses.
