svn falling over for large transfers

      We have a tickets on SAC where customers are having issues with subversion falling over when trying to checkout a large repository.
      We've had a good look, but we can't figure out the cause of the problem. Apparently this issue has been encountered on sdog by one of our developers too.

            Due to architecture design any single SVN operation or Webdav transfer exceeding 15 minutes will receive a timeout. While we won't be fixing this limitation regarding SVN we will be incorporating additional functionality shortly which will supersede this problem. Stay tuned for further details.
