Medium

Tested in AoD Fireball 147.1 and AoD Fireball 151.
Description
Steps to reproduce:
- Create a new project with name "FOO" and key "FOO"
- Verify in FishEye that a repository with the name "FOO" is also created
- Import some code under the subversion repository "FOO"
- Verify that you can check the code out with a regular svn client
- Delete the OnDemand project using these instructions (https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/AOD/Deleting+a+project)
- Verify in FishEye that the repository "FOO" no longer appears
- Create a new project re-using the name "FOO" and key "FOO"
Current behavior:
The previous content will be automatically re-added.
Expected behavior:
The previous content was removed when the project was deleted.
If you manually remove the directory /data/jirastudio/fisheye/home/var/cache/FOO the content will be deleted.
May be the same bug than this one: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/FE-2017 (that was fixed on the version 2.1.4). The same does not occur on FECRU 2.7.10 Standalone.
