      Please add JIRA project import as one of the restricted functions in http://confluence.atlassian.com/display/AOD/Restricted+Functions+in+Atlassian+OnDemand, until AOD-2658 is fixed.

      Potential workaround would be:

      • Support provides whole JIRA backup to restore locally, customers perform project import by themselves, then import back to OnDemand
      • Use remote APIs
