Set up a warning message for maintenance to let customer's know their instance is going down

So that customers don't lose work, or aren't surprised by outages, it would be nice if we could set up a warning message for 10 minutes before the maintenance to let users know that their Atlassian OnDemand instance is about to go down and they should save any work immediately.
