Hi, we would like to test the CustomWare JIRA SalesForce Connector, I have generated a trial licence and would now like the plugin installed. Here is the response I have received from JIRA Studio Support -

I am sorry to inform you that, based on JIRA Studio Plugin Policy: "JIRA Studio comes with a set of pre-defined plugins. Customers cannot install new plugins or remove existing plugins. Requests for additional plugins (or upgrade) should be created as a feature request at https://studio.atlassian.com under the JIRA Studio project.

In light of the above I am afraid it is not possible to install this plugin. I am sorry about any inconvenience.

Finally, I would suggest to try and submit a feature request.
