To manage resource visibility we use microsoft project plan. However, this is not an efficient way, to see a resource pipeline visibility. We want to have some way in JIRA by which we can have any resource visiblity in future by the assignments to him and planned allocation for a particular resource.

which can help us do this. Can someone from JIRA help in installing this and letting us know whether it will solve the purpose explained above.
