Wrong encoding when url contains name hyphen r number

Ok, this is a "weird one"

When you add a comment on an issue, that have the following pattern name-rNUMBER.foo.bar, the encoding will shown something like https://test-tok17-inline-tok.foo.bar

Reproduced in:

• The user instance - Studio Legacy
• On our test instance(brazil.jira-dev.com) - OnDemand

Did not reproduced

• Local Jira 4.2
• Local Jira 4.4
• Local Jira 4.4.1
  • (Both of them, using Postgres as db)
• "Jira Only" instances(SAC..)
