Conditions
This issue only occurs when the window including the search results is superimposed over another IE window.
The issue will not occur if the window including the search results has more than one open tab
This issue does not occur in FF5

Steps to reproduce
Do a search that will yield multiple pages of results
Click a link to another page, the browser will lose focus and switch to the IE window underneath (in the attached video, the window underneath is the Bing search results)
