The JIRA Calendar Plugin is bundled with JIRA Studio, but it is hidden under the "System Plugins" section. It is not actually a system plugin (i.e., a "plugin" that is actually essential to the functioning of the system) so it should show in the main list of plugins, and customer admins should be able to disable it if desired.
