In Confluence 3.5, the Confluence team added an "Insert JIRA Issue" command in the editor. It is disabled unless a unified applink has been created.

In Studio, we don't support UAL yet, so this button will always be disabled and only serves to create confusion. We should hide it until we have UAL.
