Sending a Support Request from the JIRA 4.3 Support Tools plugin fails

      Administration->Issues->System->Atlassian Support Tools->Support Request

      Attempting to send a Support Request using this form fails with "Error retrieving results: undefined". Nothing appears in the JIRA logs.

      Works fine in JIRA 4.3 standalone.
