JIRA 4.3 Support Tools Plugin log scanner asks for server-side file paths

      Studio branch (JIRA 4.3)

      Administration->Issues->System->Atlassian Support Tools->Log Scanner->Enter the location of a log file (on your application server).

      This option doesn't seem to make sense for Studio - admins aren't going to be privy to server-side file paths.
      I recommend we hide this option from customers.

      I've set security restrictions on this issue just in case, as (depending on what else is on the server) customers might be able to access files that they're not meant to.
