JIRA 4.3 Support Tools Plugin creates zip files where the customers cannot access them

      Studio branch (JIRA 4.3)

      Administration->Issues->System->Atlassian Support Tools->Support Zip.

      This feature allows JIRA admins to create a ZIP file of various configuration files. The resulting file is saved on the server where they cannot access it.

      I don't see much value in this feature for a Studio admin, I recommend that we hide it.
