After the merge, all JIRA imports performed by tests fail due to missing indexes and backups subdirectories under %JIRA_HOME%.
In trunk, these directories are not checked in: they seem to be created dynamically... but this isn't happening in the merged branch.

We need to figure out why this is; for now, we've checked in the empty dirs into studio-fireball/src/test/resources/home/jira-home .
