Previously, when checking the 'Require JIRA issue key for a successful commit.' option, you could tell it was working like so:
someone@somewhere 12:50:29:~$ sudo svn mkdir -m "" file:///data/jirastudio/svn/root/XYZ/HI svn: Commit blocked by pre-commit hook (exit code 1) with output: Commit logs must reference the key of an unresolved JIRA issue.
However this doesn't seem to be the case anymore:
someone@somewhere 17:51:06:~$ sudo svn mkdir -m "" file:///data/jirastudio/svn/root/TEST/HI Committed revision 3.
