Switch to new OfBizConnectionFactory

      When we upgrade to JIRA 4.3, the line from LegacyStudioImportManager that says

      ConnectionFactory.getConnection("defaultDS");

      needs to be replaced with something like

      new DefaultOfBizConnectionFactory().getConnection();

      in order to support multi-tenancy.
