For 3.0, I'd like customers to opt-in to trials of commercial plugins, including:

GreenHopper
Gliffy
Balsamiq
Tempo
SalesForce
instead of having the trial start by default.

I imagine for each of these, there will be a different process for what we have to do to make this happen, so somebody will need to dig into each one and report back.
