As a Jira On Demand user who has also purchased Confluence On Demand, I would like to have feature parity with Confluence On Demand standalone

      The main things I can think of are:

      • User should have the ability to use the standard, bundled Confluence themes (although we will make no attempt to provide navigation aids to other applications if the user chooses a theme other than the 'Tabbed Navigation Theme')
      • User should be able to use the standard Confluence admin
