In JIRA standalone, the "Keyboard Shortcuts" menu item is filed under the User menu. When not logged in, it's under the "Log In" menu. This link must be present for the shortcut key "?" to pop up the shortcut help dialog.

In Studio, the user menu is replaced by Studio's own and the "Log In" menu is a link in non-GAPPS mode, and is replaced by a "Log in via..." menu in GAPPS mode.

I've put in a hidden link for it the shortcut key to work. However, it requires the user to know at least this shortcut key to be able to trigger it. Shall we display the link so that users can discover it? And if yes, where to display it?
