Make the Wallboard plugin available to Jira Studio

      The Wallboard plugin is very a useful feature, and would enhance Jira Studio by allowing a configurable wallboard that will automatically refresh. I believe many teams would benefit from this plugin and for continued support of this feature in Jira Studio.
