    Description

      The script needs to move the indexes and attachment directories: (Please confirm the original directories with support)
      $JIRA_HOME/indexes --> $JIRA_HOME/caches/indexes
      $JIRA_HOME/attachments --> $JIRA_HOME/data/attachments

      The script should create the following directory if not exists:
      $JIRA_HOME/import
