Toggle admin screen tab display based on whether we are in JIRA standalone or studio mode

      • In JIRA standalone mode, the admin screen should only display the 'General' and 'Issues' admin tabs.
      • In JIRA studio mode, the admin screen should display all tabs ('General', 'Issues', 'Source', 'Reviews', and 'Builds')
      • This should work no matter which application you are currently on
