Header Text/Text Highlight Colour is not respected

      This concludes that:

      • Header Text Colour is not applied to the tabs
      • Header Text Highlight Colour is mistakenly applied to non-hovered tabs
      • Header Text Highlight Colour is not applied to hovered tabs
