I would like to be able to disable user accounts, rather than delete them. This would be useful when a employee or contractor leaves. Especially, contract developers we sometime have them on for a project, and bring them back later for another project.

I don't necessarily want to delete and recreate everything. I don't necessarily want to reassign everything to someone else.

Also, Since this is "publicly accessible" on the internet, if someone is terminated I may need to have their account disabled at a moments notice without having a person to reassign their issues to.
