Update user synchroniser to clean up orphan username conflicts

      If a conflict is detected and stored, and then the corresponding Gapps and Studio users are deleted, the conflict will be left behind and show up on the conflicts admin page.

      The poller should perform a conflict clean up, deleting any conflicts stored that are no longer relevant.
