Spike: Disable customer POP3 and SMTP configurations instead of deleting them

      The postImportStudify() (https://studio.atlassian.com/wiki/display/JST/Studio+Importer#StudioImporter-SequenceDiagram) currently removes all imported POP3 and SMTP configurations. We should spike if it is possible to just "disable" these configurations in order to be able to just "enable" them on customer request.
