To replicate, first make sure there is a project in bamboo, then:
- go to http://localhost:2990/jira/secure/BrowseProjects.jspa?selectedCategory=all so that no project is selected
- click on the 'builds' tab
- project, user and history drop downs now do not work when clicked on
