Bamboo Import Plan from Maven UI glitch

      When users click Administration > Bamboo > Plans, the default URL points to importMavenPlan.action

      They will get the error: Access Denied

      Along with the error, the Plans drop-down doesn't occur so they aren't aware of other functions inside unless they click on the adjacent arrow.
