Selecting Dashboard takes you to the same place that clicking on Reviews when no project selected takes you (or should we display the repo list?)
When a Studio project is selected, display the corresponding 'Crucible Project'.
Keep FishEye's Activity Stream same as it is now
People (Users) - no change to current FE functionality (we will address harmonizing user profile cross-suite in a future release)
User hover - specific to FE (we will address harmonizing user hover cross-suite in a future release)
