JIRA Studio projects with very large repositories cause Fisheye to time out when it tries to find the most recent commits. The error message is, "Read timed out." This shows up under Issues > Source and also Issues > Reviews. Normally these sort of errors are resolved by increasing the API Connection Timeout and the API Socket Timeout. Unfortunately, while AppLinks is enabled for Fisheye, these settings are not available. You can work your way through the UI to attempt to change the settings but the changes aren't saved - Admin > Source > Source Config > Edit, Save.
