      Since there has been lots of positive feedback on the CAC doc theme, why not use it in Studio?

          1.
          		 Copy and Paste the DOC theme code inst studio-theme-confluence-plugin Sub-task Closed Unassigned
          2.
          		 Edit the code so that it uses the studio header instead. Sub-task Closed Unassigned
          3.
          		 Merge the DOC theme css into studio for later use. Sub-task Closed Unassigned
          4.
          		 When some confluence space data is imported use studio theme. Sub-task Closed Unassigned
          5.
          		 Remove the permission to use the old doc theme. Sub-task Closed Unassigned
          6.
          		 Merge in theme configuration. Sub-task Closed Unassigned
