You do not currently have a Backup Service running. We strongly recommend you create a JIRA Backup Service.

This is bad advice at the best of times, because we recommend doing backups via native database tools. It is completely misleading in Studio, because a) we already do backups the proper way, at the database level, and b) customers can't get to the services page to create a backup service.
