Issue Summary
When hovering over an intractable element ('&:hover') in the UX design system across All application (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Guard, etc....) the Mouse cursor is supposed to change to icons such as Pointer finger for selectable items, a open hand for Drag and Drop elements, horizontal arrows for expandable selection areas, and many other design elements covered in the Atlassian Design System
Currently the Mouse icon will temporarily trigger the change momentarily (sometime flash between default mouse icon and the desired Icon) while moving over the intractable elements but does not maintain permanence on the on-hover actions and will only disply the correct with a on-click and hold action
Steps to Reproduce
- Open any Atlassian Application and hover mouse over any interactable element
- The slower you move teh mouse the more obvious the rapid switching is
Expected Results
On hover the Mouse cursor changes as defined in the Atlassian Design system for all appropriate hover actions
('&:hover':)
Actual Results
Flashing icons and does not maintain the on-hover condition reverting back to the default mouse icon
Workaround
Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
