      Issue Summary

      Exporting Portal-Only Customers in Sandbox (after a data copy) results in empty CSV file

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Perform a fresh data copy from Production to Sandbox.
      2. Once done, go to admin.atlassian.com -> navigate to Sandbox site -> Go to Portal-Only Customers page -> get the list of Portal-Only Customers in the site.
      3. Click on 'Export Customers' to download the CSV file.

      Expected Results

      The export CSV file should contain all the Portal-Only Customers shown in the page.

      Actual Results

      Export CSV file shows 0 records.

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
