Sandbox data copy stucks intermittently

      Issue Summary

      A customer initiates an FDC on Sandbox, but the migration fails intermittently.

      We have identified a few instances of Sandbox data copy where migration is failing at the prepare database step, leading to overall migration failures.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. The issue is intermittent.

      Expected Results

      The production to sandbox data copy should complete without any issues.

      Actual Results

      The migration is failing.

      Workaround

      Either of the following workaround with work:

      • Reset the sandbox first and then re-trigger the data copy.
      • Delete the existing sandbox and create a new Sandbox site
