Current Behaviour:
Attachment previews in Jira Cloud are currently limited to files up to 10 MB. Files exceeding this threshold display a "Preview Unavailable" message, requiring users to download the file to view its contents.

Desired Behavior:
Increase the file size limit for attachment previews to support files larger than 10 MB , so users can preview larger attachments — including CSVs, spreadsheets, PDFs, and images — directly within the Jira issue view without needing to download them.

Use Case / Business Justification:

• Many teams regularly work with data files, reports, and documents that exceed 10 MB. Being forced to download these files to view their content disrupts workflow and slows down issue triage and review.
