When a user requests a data residency move, and a ticket needs to be created, the url in the admin portal seems faulty and customer as a end user, have no access to this link

Another feedback: This specific ticket states "You also can cancel this move from your organisation's administration, if you need to." but the org administration page shows "Requested moves can't be canceled".

Currently no workaround exists.Kindly fix the 2 issues.
