This FR is for handling automation during data copy from Production to Sandbox

Scope of affected rules: The affected automation rules were scoped to multiple spaces (not single-space or global). The projects tied to these rules were part of the selective data copy.

Missing project scopes: After the copy, the scope fields were no longer linked to the projects, effectively blank/unresolved.

Suggestion for a more efficient process going forward:

When a selective data copy includes a project/space that an automation rule is scoped to, automatically remap the rule's scope to the new copy's project/space ID, instead of leaving it unresolved or blank.

Failing that, provide a bulk relink option where admins can map old scope → new sandbox scope in one go, rather than opening each rule individually.

Provide a report of which rules had broken scope and their original scope, so manual fixes are faster and less error-prone.
