Currently, the "Estimated Time" displayed in the migration dashboard for Jira and Confluence Cloud-to-Cloud data migration is significantly inaccurate and does not reflect the actual duration of the migration This discrepancy makes it extremely difficult for customers to plan their production migration windows and maintenance schedules.

Example of the discrepancy reported by a customer:

• Jira Project Migration:
  • Estimated Time: 2 minutes
  • Actual Transfer Time: 28 minutes (14x difference)

• Confluence Space Migration:
  • Estimated Time: 3 minutes
  • Actual Transfer Time: 14 minutes (approx. 5x difference)
