A prerequisite for using the cloud sandbox config deployment capability is that the data should have originally been copied into the sandbox from cloud production. However, as an admin migrating from DC to Cloud, I want to:

1. Copy configuration from my data center production to cloud sandbox using JCMA

2. Make changes to these configuration on my sandbox

3. Deploy these changes from the sandbox to my cloud production using the sandbox configuration deployment capability.
