Problem Statement:
Currently, in Atlassian Administration (Apps > Release management > App updates), organization admins can view upcoming changes bundled in a release track. However, there is no native way to export these notes or share them with end-users in a distributable format.

Admins are currently forced to:

1. Open each individual change item in the bundle.

1. Manually copy the text/notes.

1. Paste them into an external document or email to notify their users.

For customers with many changes in a single bundle, this process is not feasible and highly time-consuming.

Suggested Solution:
Provide an "Export" or "Share" button within the Release Track / App Updates UI that allows admins to:

• Export the entire bundle of release notes as a PDF, Markdown, or HTML file.

• Directly publish the bundle notes to a Confluence page.

• Generate a shareable public-facing link for the specific bundle.
