      Issue Summary

      Look and Feel:
Custom header background color fails to apply to the top-left navigation section, causing white icons to blend into a white background.

      Steps to Reproduce

      • Step 1: Navigate to Jira Administration > System > Look and Feel.
      • Step 2: Locate the Header Background Color setting and change it to a dark color (e.g., #000000).
      • Step 3: Save changes and view the main Jira dashboard navigation bar. You will see the top left icons cannot be seen

      Expected Results

The entire top navigation bar should invert to the selected dark color, allowing the automatically inverted white icons in the top-left corner to be clearly visible and accessible.

      Actual Results

The main header changes color, and the top-left icons correctly turn white. However, the background container for that top-left section remains white, rendering the white icons completely invisible due to a lack of contrast.

      Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
