Post Migration Report Fails to Download 'T1022...PMR processing not complete yet for migrationId' Error

      Issue Summary

      When downloading the Post Migration report, the following error occurs:

      <errorCode>T1022</errorCode>
      <errorMessage>PMR processing not complete yet for migrationId: XXXXXXXX. Try again after some time.</errorMessage>
      </APIError>

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Run a copy product data plan as per https://support.atlassian.com/organization-administration/docs/copy-jira-data/ 
      2. After the plan is completed, please attempt to download the report

       

      Expected Results

      Reports should download

      Actual Results

      Instead an error occirs

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
