Admins are unable to delete/archive Data Classification levels via the UI after an Atlassian Guard Premium (AGP) subscription ends

      Issue Summary

      Option to delete/archive Data classification levels after Unsubscribing Atlassian Guard Premium

      Steps to Reproduce

      • Navigate to an organization that previously had Atlassian Guard Premium but is now unsubscribed/deactivated.
      • Go to Security > Data Protection > Data Classification.
      • Attempt to Archive or Delete an existing classification level.

      Expected Results

      he UI should:

      • Correctly reflect a read-only state (disabling the Archive/Delete buttons) to match the backend restrictions.
      • Allow the admin to clean up/delete these configurations if they are no longer needed.

      Actual Results

      The "Archive" button remains visible and clickable. However, when an admin attempts to use it, the request is rejected by the backend, and the following error is displayed in the UI:

      "We're unable to archive the classification level. We're not sure what went wrong. Try again."
