      Current scenario

      Currently, the Marketplace and custom app access data security policy is set by default to Allowed, but it can not be changed to Blocked by default.

      Suggested solution

      Add the ability to set the "Marketplace and custom app access" data security policy to Blocked by default.

      Workaround

      Enable overrides for each item(Spaces/Projects) to Blocked.
