When an app is on the bundled track, we email you (all organization admins) every month with the future app changes and the date your app will receive them.
- Billing stakeholders are often responsible for planning renewals, budget, and communicating upcoming changes to internal finance/procurement.
- When only Org Admins receive release communications, billing stakeholders rely on manual forwarding or may miss important changes that affect commercial decisions (e.g. pricing-impacting features, deprecations, or compliance-relevant changes).
- This creates extra coordination overhead for Org Admins and can lead to delays or miscommunication with finance teams.
Requested Change
Add support for including the following roles as eligible recipients for release note / release update emails:
- Billing Admins
- Customer Contacts
